It’s always rewarding when you can establish long-term relationships with a client. We worked with The Script Factory for the whole of their 15 year existence and with the Morris Minor Owners Club since 2008. However our longest standing collaborator (and great friend) is fashion consultant Sidney Rhule; we have worked together on various projects since 1998.
We first worked together when Sidney was commissioned as a stylist to work on a photoshoot for menswear label Duck And Cover. With photography by Blinkk, this team went on to work together for several seasons creating succesful ad campaigns and press packs.
Luck went on to design an identity for Filter CDC, Sidney’s consultancy and Rhuler’s 1970, his own clothing label. An opportunity arose to work together for two seasons creating packaging, adverts and press packs for Dryice Clothing. In 2009 he was brand creative director for WE Fashion where we were brought in to design labels for formal menswear collections. Sidney moved on to work as a creative director at de Bijenkorf, Amsterdam and we were able to work together on three clothing brands; Stillner, Mooia and Scenario as well as trend books. Our most recent collaboration was to work on promotional material for the launch of 466/64 in Europe.
He’s an inspiring person to work with and despite some ridiculous schedules always manages to get the best out of us.
More images from these projects can be seen in our Lifestyle section.
